Returns on shipped items

You have 3 days to return an item from the day you received your order.

Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase. This could be the Momo payment receipt or the email received after placing your order.

NB: If an item sent or delivered to you turns out to be faulty, immediately call our customer care / office number to report such cases so that necessary arrangements can be made.


Once we receive your item, you will be notified and replacement or refund status will be subsequently communicated.

If your return is approved, we will replace and where necessary refund money via your original method of payment.
